- Worked with Woodside’s subject matter experts to develop modules and ran pilot programs for further input from the business
- By meeting all the learning outcome requirements of PMBOK® and the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), LogiKal was able to issue Professional Development Units (PDUs) for the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) and Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Rolled out to over 300 staff, running every 4-6 weeks for two years
- Included pre-launch information sessions about the Woodside Way, run by LogiKal’s facilitators
- Departments had targets for program sign-up, and managers were able to select the program as part of the staff performance process
