Following a strategic directive to align the business and deliver improved project performance, Woodside Energy Limited engaged LogiKal to develop a Leadership Program to be rolled out across the business. The objective of the program was to embed the “Woodside Way” of project delivery. Having recognised that their staff tended to bring the tools and approaches from previous roles Woodside sought to have a program developed that would align the understanding and behaviours of the project Teams. LogiKal worked with subject matter experts to develop and deliver a program that was based on Australian Vocational Qualifications, but was rewritten in Woodside speak and reflected case studies and experiences from within Woodside. Outcome: Over an 18-month period the program was run to over 300 of Woodside’s senior project personal and received outstanding feedback.
