LogiKal was engaged to implement and lead the PMO for Lockheed Martin Australia as they delivered several key projects for the Australian Government from 2014 through until late 2016. LogiKal defined and implemented the processes, along with the IT systems which support them, digitally integrating those systems to improve efficiency. The Management Information Systems solution included the implementation of an integrated best in class cost management and schedule management system to enable effective progress measurement and validation, along with cost and time forecasting. The solution helped foresee likely project outcomes for time and cost which included the identification of a potential multi-million-dollar cost overrun associated, enabling management intervention.
