LogiKal were first engaged by Gratte to take their programme for Camden Lock Village from tender to construction issue. LogiKal were instrumental in raising the capability of Gratte on this and other projects, with improved visibility of key performance management information such as critical path, upcoming workload and key milestones. As a result of the enhanced capability, there has been an improvement in the engagement and communication within the team and with their main client. As a result, LogiKal’s involvement has expanded to include the expansion and implementation of planning practices at tender stage on various projects across Gratte’s portfolio.
