LogiKal Projects Pty Ltd, our Australian business, has officially changed its legal name to Assystem Australia Pty Ltd. Our operations and services connected to LogiKal, will continue to trade as LogiKal Projects under the LogiKal brand until early 2027, when we will complete a full rebrand to Assystem Australia and begin wholly trading under the new company name. This name change does not affect our commitment to delivering the same high-quality services, expertise, and support that our clients and partners expect.
