Our preference is early involvement on a client’s project to set up an environment, which minimises the likelihood of claims occurring. However, where we can’t, we have a strong history supporting clients with delay analysis and claims as well.

We can unpick why claims happen, understand where the delays occur and the resulting impact. Using our expertise, we identify future delays, potential bottlenecks and help plan against them.
