- Brought previous planning experience on large casino projects in the Philippines to quickly get up to speed and helped ease coordination with the client and its representatives
- Built a baseline programme which improved Craft’s ability to plan, monitor and control the design, procurement, fabrication and installation works for the contract
- Provided the end client with confidence and comfort that Craft had the skills and systems in place to effectively deliver the scope, supporting an expansion of scope for additional work and revenue within the project
- The systems and tools in place for this contract were utilised on other projects in an ongoing process of improving project management practices across the organisation
