Recruitment Process

If you find a role which you think is the right fit for you, please submit your application online. If you like the look of the company but can’t find a role quite right for you, get in touch with our recruitment manager.

If we think your CV looks like the right fit for the role and for LogiKal, you will get a call from our recruitment team to ask you a few questions about you. This will be things like salary expectations, notice period and your reasons for looking for a new role. This will only take 5 to 10 minutes.

After the screening call, you will be invited to a 30-minute Teams call with our recruitment manager. At this stage, it’s a chance for us to get to know you a little bit better. This will be a closer look at your CV and experience, specifically at what projects you have worked on in the past. This is also a chance to show us who you are beyond the CV. We want to see if you are the right fit for the company, share our values and are a team player. This process is a two-way street, we will tell you more about LogiKal to see if you feel we are the right employer for you.

If you are successful at the interview stage, we will then set you up for a technical test which should take around 30 minutes. This will be on Primavera P6 with one of our technical experts within the business. This is a benchmarking opportunity for us to understand your current level, and help us understand where you may need to develop and improve. Don’t let this put you off,  this helps us see what grade you are in the business. If you have any questions, speak to our recruitment manager!

At this stage, it is a chance to meet our senior leadership team.

If you are applying for the role of Managing Consultant, Principal Consultant, Associate Director or Executive Director, you will need to prepare a 15-minute presentation which is followed up by 30 minutes Q&A with two of our directors. This presentation will be on how you feel you can shape and grow LogiKal.

If you are applying for the role of support consultant, Consultant or Senior Consultant this will be with someone from our senior management team.
