- Developed an integrated design, modelling and procurement programme for all packages. This included the wash towers, architectural repairs, and all MEPH related systems
- Delivered cost savings by carrying out several final planning sessions to ensure programme efficiency and completed handovers ahead of schedule
- Streamlined and automated progress reporting systems by utilising ASTA Progress Mobile and other specialist reporting techniques, including Earned Value. This enabled improved management reports and better decision making throughout the life of the project
