  • We developed, implemented and operated the entire project controls function, including scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM) and reporting
  • Robust data allowed for more reliable project forecasts and increased certainty in final costs and time estimates
  • Regular reporting of completed works, associated costs and delay trends on the construction site allowed for improvement of processes and efficient cost recovery from third parties
  • A change management process was implemented to recover significant costs that were not initially quantified. Gathering key data about delays also helped identify subcontractor payment issues and facilitated a reduction in further delays
