- Several embedded consultants in the project manage the SMART Cost system and further implement best practice, innovation and knowledge transfer
- Take off bills are now digitally traceable, every asset has a design and can be properly quantified through aligning the WBS, CBS and ABS
- Comprehensive business intelligence dashboard for producing on-demand reports, saving on manual data processing
- Through Lean Management the weekly Planned Percentage Complete (PPC) increased, thus improving reliability on the master schedule completion
- We redesigned and streamlined the roadmaps and procedures for the processes. Thus, the project saved time and avoided duplication of efforts
