Value Added
- Following a process of correcting and checking the schedule health and logic, we submitted the FEED baseline schedule to the client
- We created the construction schedule as part of client ITT documents
- Through updating the project schedule, running fast tracking and crashing techniques, we mitigated risks of project delays
- We used Earned Value Management techniques to report the project status and current progress vs. baseline as an S-curve
