  • During the set-up phase, we drafted the project controls section of the PMP. This included schedule management, cost and value management, performance management, risk management and change management
  • Established the baseline schedule and baseline budget for the landside programme
  • LogiKal undertook the project controls manager and senior scheduler positions, working as the client’s representative and managing the contractor’s delivery
  • Increased the organisation’s maturity so forecasting is more accurate, contractors are controlled and outcomes are more certain and successful
