Training and Development

LogiKal is dedicated to upskilling staff and providing the best environment and support for personal and professional growth. This includes:

  • 5 days a year for training and self-development, this is for both consultants and our support team members.
  • All consultants are offered to do an AMP or PMP qualification which LogiKal support employees through.
  • Professional Membership is supported and funded by LogiKal
  • Bi-weekly knowledge share session which is run by the team for the benefit of the team. This is a 20-minute presentation from a different team member sharing their knowledge and experience to help others work smarter on their client projects too. This has covered topics from dashboard design advice to better ways of communicating with clients via storytelling.

Knowledge Bank

The knowledge bank is a repository of accumulated project intelligence and learning within LogiKal; presenting staff with the opportunity to access learning material, guidance documents and real-world examples for a wealth of relevant topics within Project Controls and Construction. It is structured to facilitate simple navigation, and consequently effective learning and development. It is integral to ensuring that any employee can improve their own ability and knowledge, specific to project/client requirements. This ensures staff can immediately and effectively communicate with clients and meet their needs. Clients are therefore offered the highest levels of technical capability, and staff can upskill weaker areas.
