LogiKal was engaged to provide PMO Services to Sydney Metro in partnership with Turner & Townsend, HKA and Deloitte. Our services include PMO Advice, PMO Delivery, Digital Uplift and Digital Engineering.

The Approach

We rapidly mobilised our team to contribute to the developing and delivery of the PMO strategy for Sydney’s metro system. Our focus was on digitising the PMO, improving data quality, and enhancing management efficiency while reducing delivery risks. In our partnership, over 100 PMO professionals collaborate closely with Sydney Metro, aligning our approach with their organisation’s methods and culture to foster a transparent and integrated team dynamic. This enables a close working relationship assisted by the alignment of our values and culture and that of Sydney Metro.
